Anna

Vice President of Sales & Operations /Fitness Instructor  

Anna graduated from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT with a bachelors degree in athletic training in 2014, and a doctoral degree in physical therapy in 2017.  She has experience working with athletes of all ages, including high school, collegiate and professional levels. She loves to dance, spend quality time with friends and family, and play with her dog Bobe!

Caroline

Barre 

Caroline has always been passionate about health and wellness which inspired her to become a dancer, personal trainer, ballet barre instructor, and most recently, a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. Caroline's mission for each class is to help clients feel stronger, accomplished, and more confident than when they first walked in. While Caroline's classes are challenging, you can count on her to motivate and cheer you on the whole way through!

Dani

Yoga Instructor

Dani MA, RYT, has been teaching yoga since 2003 at gyms, studios, universities and hospitals, as well as private sessions. She teaches everything from vinyasa flow to yin and encourages her students to listen to their bodies and go at their own pace. She brings both compassion and playfulness to her classes.

Evey

Fitness Instructor 

Evey has been in the health and performance field since 1989 earning various certifications including AFFA, NDEITA, ACE, NFTA, NASM, CPR American Heart Association and International Institute Inc. Evey has worked at the BFC for 30 years designing exercise classes for all levels. She ensures proper execution of exercises, specifically focusing on balance, flexibility and coordination. On a personal note, Evey has been married for 40 years, and has 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren! 

Jennifer 

Pilates Instructor

Jennifer is an occupational therapist (OT) who has been practicing Pilates for over 10 years. She became certified in Pilates Mat in 2015 and has been teaching ever since. Her knowledge as an OT takes her through an anatomically safe and highly effective full body workout.

Kevin 

Director / Personal Trainer

Kevin is a former collegiate baseball player, and graduated with a bachelors degree in sports and fitness management from Mitchell College in CT. He soon became the Softball coach at Sarah Lawrence College from 2014-2020, as well as the strength and conditioning coach for 11 teams in the athletic department from 2019-2021. Kevin is W.I.T.S. Certified, and has been training clients of all ages since 2015.

Taylor

Spin Instructor

Taylor is originally from Westfield, NJ currently living in Westchester. She is a practicing physician assistant with an internal medicine background, now working in physical medicine and rehabilitation. Taylor is NETA spin certified and NASM group fitness certified. Her hobbies include working out, cooking, playing with her pets and spending time with friends and family.

Tom

 Personal Trainer /                        Fitness & Yoga Instructor

Tom has been at the BFC for 25+ years teaching group fitness training, yoga, pilates, spin, dance and kickboxing. Tom gives personal attention to form so that students use correct movements that lead to appealing posture and improved physique. 

Tom has been practicing yoga for more than 30 years, earned certification in personal training by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and graduated the Natural Gourmet Cooking School in New York. 

Vin

HIIT Cardio / Sports Conditioning Instructor 

Vin is an athletic trainer and physical therapist, who is fasciated by human movement. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist, as well as a corrective exercise specialist, with experience working with the American professional baseball team, the Cleveland Indians. His hobbies include Jiu-Jitsu, rock climbing, weight lifting and cooking.
