At the Bronxville Fitness Club, we believe in offering our customers choices. 

We offer 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, 15-month and monthly auto-debit memberships!

How the Monthly Auto-Debit Works:

• Provide a Mastercard or Visa credit/debit card number when you sign-up.
  
• We debit your account each month on the same day as your first billing. Your membership automatically renews on each billing date.

• If you need to cancel, please send an email to our Administrative Manager 30 days in advance of your next billing date. Cancellation emails received less than one-month before your next billing date will not be processed until the following month. You will be notified by email when your membership has been cancelled. If you do not receive an email from Bronxville Fitness Club within three business days, please call us at 914-771-9771.
