Personal Trainer / Fitness & Yoga Instructor
Dani MA, RYT, has been teaching yoga since 2003 at gyms, studios, universities and hospitals, as well as private sessions. She teaches everything from vinyasa flow to yin and encourages her students to listen to their bodies and go at their own pace. She brings both compassion and playfulness to her classes.

Evey
Fitness Instructor
Evey has been in the health and performance field since 1989 earning various certifications including AFFA, NDEITA, ACE, NFTA, NASM, CPR American Heart Association and International Institute Inc. Evey has worked at the BFC for 30 years designing exercise classes for all levels. She ensures proper execution of exercises, specifically focusing on balance, flexibility and coordination. On a personal note, Evey has been married for 40 years, and has 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren!

Spin / Zumba Instructor
I have been a Group Fitness instructor for over 5 years. I truly enjoy every minute of inspiring people to live a happy and healthy life. Throughout the years, I have continued to learn and expand my fitness resume and can proudly say I teach the following formats: Zumba, Zumba Gold, Zumba Kids & Kids Jr., Aqua Zumba, Zumba Toning, Strong Nation, Cycle, Aqua Fit and Bootcamp. What do you find when you come to my class? I want you to enjoy what you're doing and not feel like it is a chore. If you leave my class with a smile on your face, I know I have succeeded.

Since I was young, I have always been drawn to movement and the wonders of the body. Finding new ways to challenge, grow and evolve, through my personal practice and my teachings; this is my constant motivator. I'm a certified 500+ hours Yoga teacher, specializing in Vinyasa-Hatha, Acupressure Yin Yoga and Group Fitness. Outside of Yoga, I keep fit and instruct Pilates and Calisthenics. I believe in taking care of your body, through mindful movement.

Pilates Instructor
Iz is certified to teach by LindaFit Pilates in NYC and has been teaching Mat Pilates for over 7 years! Her passion for fitness doesn't stop there, as she also teaches Body Sculpt classes and private Pilates sessions. Her sessions are welcoming, perfect for all fitness levels, and will leave you feeling stronger and more confident!

Fitness Instructor
I am a passionate Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, and also have a B.S. in Health and Fitness Coaching and a certification in Holistic Nutrition. Additionally, I am a professional ballet dancer, which has instilled in me in the importance of Pilates principles and a strong core. My specialties include strength training, HIIT, functional fitness, mobility, kettlebell work, bootcamp, and dance fitness. My classes aim to empower clients to move better, feel stronger, and enjoy every step of their fitness journey. I am driven by a love of movement and am truly passionate about helping others feel strong, confident, and able to tackle anything.

Tom
Personal Trainer / Fitness & Yoga Instructor
Tom has been at the BFC for 25+ years teaching group fitness training, yoga, pilates, spin, dance and kickboxing. Tom gives personal attention to form so that students use correct movements that lead to appealing posture and improved physique.
Tom has been practicing yoga for more than 30 years, earned certification in personal training by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and graduated the Natural Gourmet Cooking School in New York.
